Just call me Picasso

I am getting close to wrapping up the guest bedroom and needed some art for the walls. I have been lusting over this piece from Anthro for quite some time and decided it was time to recreate it!

I went with a deeper blue than the original because the light blue reads a little baby boy room to me. {I know it looks black in the picture, but its blue!}

What do you think? I am pleased since it only cost me about $15 and the original is $2000. Now I just need a frame! I also have a special piece of artwork on the way that I can't wait to share!!

Awesome! Yours looks great, more
"silhoutte-y" than the original which = better in my books. Can't wait to see it in the room.

I think you did an awesome job!! I love a DIY that costs just pennies compared to the real thing - and looks just as good if not better! Can't wait to see it framed and in the room! :)

It looks great Michelle! And I love the navy even more than the light blue.

Way better than the original. I am loving navy/dark blue these days, too. You are so talented!
