We have growth!

I recently decided to plant some cilantro and basil so my husband and I would have some fresh herbs for cooking. I started with seeds and for some reason I always feel like they aren't going to grow?! But... we have sprouts! I am pretty sure it is the cilantro so still waiting for the basil.





Does anyone else grow any fresh herbs?

I went to Target again and couldn't help but notice these fantastic kitchen towels by Dwell. Aren't they cute?! Alright, I will leave you alone about Target now.

Colette Look-a-Like

I, like everyone else, love the Colette bed from Crate and Barrel. I have seen a few good knock offs posted in the blogosphere like the one from Urban Home. But the bad part about this bed is that it doesn't ship everywhere and if it does, costs an arm and a leg! But low and behold, I have found the perfect knockoff!!! The best part? $2.95 shipping :)

It is on Overstock {with a very high sell out risk!}, costs $873 for the King and $799 for the Queen. The pricier C&B versions are $1899 and $1699. I don't think I have ever clicked add to cart so fast! Plus, the reviews are fantastic.

I spy... blue and white at Target!

Ran into Target today to pick up some groceries and of course had to make a stop by the home decor aisle. To my surprise, they had spring stuff out and I love it! Blue and white {which I have been considering for my bedroom... more on that later}.

My new vacuum sucks...

...but in a good way! Today I replaced this {which is 10-12 years old}

and it picked up all of this {from 1 room that had just been vacuumed!!}



You know you're old when you get excited about a vacuum :) A BIG thanks to my wonderful hubby for surprising me! Maybe he is sending me a hint???
