Office Progress!

Finally making some progress on my office and can't believe I haven't shown any pics of the new house! I guess I kind of wanted to wait until I had something redeeming to show you! 

Please note the blue carpet inset in the beige... seriously lovely. I have a long way to go (including some fun door projects!) so stay tuned!

Second and Dahlia's Style Steals

How fun is this playful room from Lonny? I imagine it being a game room/library... wouldn't it be lovely to have a whole room dedicated to just that?! So I found the little vintage photograph on Etsy and I am totally obsessed with it. I think it was from an old circus? And how could you not the love the blue suede heels that Jessica found? Definitely a need.

Feeling a little sassy today with my super messy bun and leopard! Love the way the room turned out, too. Could totally go there for my basement - the plan keeps changing! 

BTW - who knew self-employment meant less time? I am going to have to get myself on a stricter schedule because I definitely thought I would be getting more things done (aka - blogging). Any tips?

Anniversary Outfit

Just got to the lake to celebrate our third wedding anniversary! I seriously can't believe it has been three whole years but, as they say, "Time flies when you're having fun!" 

This is the perfect lake outfit. The crochet shorts are courtesy of Swaychic and are ridiculously comfortable for traveling and lounging around in (and a great price)! So glad I have them - I see a few airplane rides in their future. I hadn't ever seen their site before they contacted me, but am so glad I found it! TONS of great stuff to choose from at amazing prices... be sure you check them out!
