Gosh this week is flying by! I can't believe it is already Thursday...

How amazing is this Lonny Living room? I am having trouble with the inspiration for our living room because I am drawn to so many different things but this is definitely a contender! Not that we are getting started anytime soon... we kind of have a wall to take down first...and floors to replace but there is not harm in preparing right? :)

Budget Find

While sourcing artwork for a client, I came across an amazing budget find! Williams Sonoma is selling city studies in pencil for $395 a pop but I came across something very similar on Etsy for the bargain price of $33 - and they are original! A pretty good find if you ask me!

Lighting Tip

I have spent a lot of time sourcing affordable lighting for a couple of clients lately and almost forgot to look in an unexpected place... the baby/kid department. They are often times a fraction of the price of the grown-up version and a smaller scale for those 8 ft ceilings that we all (don't) love. I have especially been loving Restoration Hardware Baby and Child lately and am in love with the following three in particular!
