When we put wood floors in we didn't do the laundry room because I want to tile it. My parents are coming up this weekend and have offered to bring their wet saw and help me tile it. I, of course, would love to spend a lot of money on tile and get something amazing but our laundry room is about 115 square feet and I want to keep the tile to about $200.
I was thinking about cheaper tile that I like and subway tile came to mind since we used it in our bathroom, which you can see
here. I also love tile in a herringbone pattern so I thought why not do white subway tiles in a herringbone pattern?! The tiles are 21 cents a piece at Lowe's so that would come to $1.68 a sq/ft for tile. That means the grand total {without tax} would come to $193.20!!
I bought a few and set the out to see if I like it...

What do you think? Should I go for it??
