Please, St. Joseph, Sell My House!

I am getting totally desperate. Seeing as our contingent contract is up in about a week if the buyer's don't sell their home, I will seriously try anything. That includes burying a mini St. Joseph statue upside down in my front yard and praying to it every day.

Has anyone ever done this? I have heard good things from a few friends. Tell me your stories!! The hubs thinks I have really lost it this time... Also good vibes/thoughts/prayers are definitely appreciated at this point!

Get a black candle, say a prayer, and light it. Don't blow it out, ever. Let it burn all the way down till it burns out. If you have to leave or go to sleep, put it in the kitchen sink, just incase. It supposed to burn up negative energy. I have done it many times in my past real estate days...

Good luck babe, I know it's stressful. :-(

This is too funny -- My parents buried a St. Joseph statue in the lawn of their home, which had been on the market for so long. The little statue was stolen! Can you believe it? It was probably the neighborhood kids, but c'mon! :) Regardless, they did sell their home. Good luck to you!

Good luck! My MIL sent us one when we tried to sell our place 4 years ago. We got an offer and rejected it because it was a little low, and then the bottom fell out of the market. Oops!
